Chernobyl. Day liquidator

December 14 Ukraine commemorates the liquidators of the Chernobyl disaster. Because on this day, December 14th, was completed sarcophagus of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the main newspaper "Pravda" published a Notification CC CPSU and Council of Ministers that the State Committee took into operation a set of protective constructions fourth power. Decree N 945/2006 on the establishment of this memorable date signed by the President November 10, 2006.
