We use different technologies in the production of goods. When souvenir products are produced, a great deal depends on the type of good, idea and drawing. Used technologies, maximally allow incarnating the model worked out by an artist-designer in a metal. Souvenir products have a wide enough choice; therefore technologies are applied in making so different.

This method allows producing three-dimensional relief wares and is economical at the large drawings (from 2000 and more). At the small drawings on the cost of wares to lie down the high cost of rigging, and protracted process of her making, increases the terms of ordering fulfillment.

This technology is used mainly at making of breastplates, medals, three-dimensional marks. At the beginning of process of making the exact three-dimensional draft of good is done in the special computer program, whereupon information is passed on the special milling machine which cuts out a model. Further a model if necessary finishes off by hand engraver, whereupon from her rigging is done. Then wares are minted and cut off on a powerful press with further hand treatment and polishing. For stamping such metals are mainly used as: copper, composition-metal and aluminum.

Most widespread method of making of wares. Advantages of this technology: quickness in making and not high price at the small and middle drawings. Good has only two levels, but here with high exactness lines and texts of sketch are passed. The minimum thickness of lines can arrive at 0,15mm. At making on a metal by an image is a photographic method carried. Further on a metal (it is ordinary different brands of composition-metal), deepening which in exactness corresponds to the picture is etched by the special solutions. On the next stage from the prepared plastics on the press cut off the wares of necessary form.

This method does possible making of wares of high complication with the good working of details, because this technology is used in a jeweler production. But casting it is a lab our intensive, protracted and expensive process, especially at the large drawings. Short description of technology: the exact model of good is cut out at the beginning; further from her forms are made for casting from material look like gypsum. Then a metal is inundated in forms, and after a cooling-down, they understand, and the finished goods are exposed to the hand revision. At making of difficult wares different technologies can be used simultaneously, depending on a sketch and wish of customer.

This technology allows to produce any drawings, as well as very little, so millionth in operative terms.
Due to the optical descriptions, resin after hardening forms an original lens, visually increasing an image, here colors become more saturated and bright.

Dekol - is the high temperature burning

It is most popular at causing of image on the different form of tableware (glass, ceramics, porcelain). The preliminary printed transfer is carried on the surface of good. Further there is burning in a muffle stove from +560 to +800 degrees depending on the type of material, out of which tableware is made and the paints used in the sticker of types. After the set of necessary temperature and her self-control, stove passes to the mode of cooling-down. After cooling of stove the finished goods can be taken out. Got such method an image is steady to chemical and mechanical influences, and also saves the primordial brightness of colors during intensive exploitation long time.

ENGRAVING 


GRAVERTON

The most widespread type of sublimation transfer is a method of transfer of image on specially geared-up metal-plate - Grawerton.  In this technology a seal takes place on a simple paper, and a basic component is special toner, intended for work in laser printers, such known firm as Hewlett-Packard. Cartridge with toner of Grawerton easily and replaced quickly, that allows to use a printer as universal. As well as for other thermo transfer technologies for the transfer of toner of Grawerton on metallic plates a thermo transfer press is used. One of the most rapid and not expensive methods of making of marks. The polygraphs preliminary printed and off cut under a necessary size is mortgaged together with protective tape, overhead and bottom part of icon in a rolling press. Further there is a process of the cold rolling, and good is ready.

Laser technology cutting, milling

Laser cutting is done by burning -through sheet metal laser beam. This technology has a number of obvious advantages over many other methods of cutting:
- no mechanical contact allows to handle fragile materials;
- the processing of materials exposed carbide;
- possible high-speed cutting of thin sheet steel;
- in the production of small batches of products appropriate to carry out laser-cutting, than to make this expensive molds or molds for casting;
- for automatic cutting enough material to prepare a file picture in any drawing program and transfer the file to your computer setup that will stand the uncertainty in very small quantities.

Milling (milling) - a machining process in which the cutting tool performs rotational motion and work piece - in progress.
